Job Description: S&P Senior Process Executive with Spanish
REQUIREMENTS We are looking for a person with:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field preferred. - Minimum 1 year of experience in Sourcing & Procurement operations - Practical experience in: PR to PO processing Expediting and supplier follow-up Blocked invoice resolution Purchase Order management - Good command of Microsoft Excel. - Experience working with procurement systems and ERP platforms - Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a strong advantage - Excellent command of Spanish and English, both written and verbal (minimum C1 level)
RESPONSIBILITIES Your key activities: - Process and manage indirect and direct Purchase Requisitions in accordance with established procedures and service levels - Create Purchase Orders for direct/indirect out of approved PR: validate source of supply, pricing conditions, confirm lead times with supplier - Manage order confirmation and actively follow up with suppliers for missing OC - Investigate, resolve, and follow up on blocked invoices in collaboration with suppliers, business stakeholders, and finance teams - Manage Purchase Order changes, provide support in goods return process - Proactively identify and escalate potential procurement or supply risks - Act as a primary point of contact for business users & suppliers regarding order status, delivery commitments, invoice issues, and procurement queries - Build and sustain positive working relationships with business users & suppliers
