Short Description: We are seeking a Principal Consultant with strong technical expertise and analytical skills to support application development, maintenance, and client interactions. The role involves translating business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes.
Salary: AUD 150,742- 171,215 Annual Gross

Roles and Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Collaborate with development teams to design and implement solutions. Perform system analysis, troubleshooting, and provide technical support. Ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices. Prepare technical documentation and assist in knowledge transfer. Work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions within timelines.
Essential: Proficiency in technologies such as Java/.NET, SQL, and API integration. Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Experience in analyzing and documenting technical requirements. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred:
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure). Experience with automation tools and CI/CD pipelines. Exposure to data analytics and reporting tools. Familiarity with microservices architecture.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Proactive attitude and helping mentality. Good stakeholder management and client-facing experience. Strong documentation and presentation skills.
