Job Description: In the assigned Job Role of Technology Consultant 1, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: ⦁ Assist in conducting targeted interviews and workshops to capture user needs, and ensure accurate documentation of stakeholder requirements ⦁ Participate in design discussions to capture software specifications, and aid in creation of process documentation. ⦁ Develop, refine, and document code for new software applications, following detailed design specifications to meet user requirements ⦁ Execute test plans, analyse outcomes, and report defects to the development team, to facilitate enhancement of software performance ⦁ Support the integration of new software features, facilitating smooth transitions within the existing system infrastructure ⦁ Monitor and troubleshoot live applications, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and creation of comprehensive documentation for ongoing system maintenance ⦁ Systematically document coding practices, testing methodologies, and technical solutions, thereby enriching team's knowledge repository

Required Skill and Experience: hands-on experience in Android and iOS mobile device testing. Strong experience working with multiple OEM devices, software builds, and device-specific features or customizations. Proficiency in configuring devices using Access Point Name settings, band locking, Non-Volatile changes, software versions, and application installations. Hands-on experience flashing firmware, custom ROMs, and test builds using Odin, Fastboot, iTunes, or equivalent tools. Experience developing or executing test plans, test cases, and regression suites. Ability to identify, reproduce, and document user interface, crash, signal, throughput, latency, battery, and thermal issues. Experience collecting device logs, modem logs, and network traces. Strong defect reporting and defect lifecycle management skills.
Preferred Skill and Experience: Experience with manual and automated mobile test execution. Experience installing and validating Android Application Packages. Ability to analyze logs and support root-cause investigation. Experience reviewing test results and maintaining test execution reports. Strong collaboration, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills. The candidate will independently perform Android and iOS device validation across different OEM devices. Responsibilities include preparing complex device configurations, managing test builds, flashing firmware and custom ROMs, executing manual or automated tests, monitoring device and network performance, collecting diagnostic logs, and managing defects through validation and closure. The candidate should be capable of troubleshooting issues and coordinating with engineering teams for resolution.
Additional Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
