Salary: AUD 108571 - 119893 Annual Gross.

About role: We are seeking an experienced SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Test Lead for testing and quality assurance activities for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance Administration (IGA) initiatives. The successful candidate will have strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ, Identity Lifecycle Management, Access Governance, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and enterprise application integrations. The role requires leading experience of end-to-end testing activities - including planning, execution, defect management, stakeholder engagement. The scope includes validating Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes, access provisioning, certification campaigns, role and entitlement management, and IAM governance controls. Key Responsibility:
• Work in Agile/Scrum model • Define Test planning, test scenarios, test cases, test case reviews, test closure reports • Manage Bug lifecycle using JIRA • Prepare understanding document based on requirement walkthrough meetings with Dev/BA teams • Drive recurring defect triage meetings • Ensuring testing activities are carried within agreed schedule • Provide status reporting, risk assessments and quality metrics to the test manager and stakeholders • Leading testing activities which include, working closely with offshore test team • Collaborate seamlessly with Business Stakeholders, Business analysts, IAM Architects, Developers. • Defect & Release Management Lead defect triage and prioritisation discussions, Drive defect resolution and retesting activities. • Manage test entry / exit criteria. • Mentor and guide Test Analysts and Test Engineers. • Conduct peer reviews of test artefacts. • Facilitate workshops, reviews, and status meetings.
SailPoint IIQ experience requires – Lead testing activities for : Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes | Access Requests and Approvals | Birthright Access | Access Certifications and Reviews | Segregation of Duties (SoD) | Role and Entitlement Management | Provisioning and Deprovisioning Workflows | Identity Governance Controls | Validate audit trails, approvals, and compliance evidence. Validate SailPoint IIQ integrations with: Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, SCIM-based integrations, Enterprise applications, etc. Perform regression testing for the release, higher environment release preparedness.Tools : Jira, Confluence, Good to have experience with Playwright (Typescript)
ESSENTIAL: • Good knowledge of technology landscape to be able to guide team. • Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline. PREFERRED • Exposure to Design patterns • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. • Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.
