Job Description: Manager I, Combat Mission Systems (CMS), Global Trade, Platforms & Services (P&S) The Manager will provide Global Trade (GT) support for one of the two CMS business units (Weapons Systems or Combat Vehicles). The position reports directly to the CMS Director of Global Trade and manages the CMS business unit GT personnel. This position requires demonstrated experience as a GT professional and proven leadership on challenging GT scenarios. This position will also contribute to GT strategy development and serve as a mentor/manager to less experienced professionals.
Required Skills and Education: • 6+ Years with bachelor’s degree. • Experience supporting and coordinating trade compliance activities within regulated industries such as defense, aerospace, or other complex environments. • Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate regulatory requirements into clear internal guidance. • Working knowledge of U.S. export/import regulations including ITAR, EAR, BATFE, and relevant sections of the Code of Federal Regulations. • Ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and compliance stakeholders. • Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks or deadlines. • Experience in day‑to‑day people management
Preferred Skills and Education: • Experience with OCR's EASE global trade management software
