Job Summary

The Office Administrator supports the firm by overseeing daily administrative tasks and supporting staff.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Office Administrator position will focus on the following areas:

• Support the receptionist in their absence

• Monitor and order office supplies

• Enter and maintain client data

• Communicate with building maintenance

• Assist with monthly client billing

• Manage firm wide calendars

• Deliver and track new client correspondence

• Onboard new clients

• Review Employment Manual

• Support the long-term strategic plan and vision of the firm

• Adhere to firm’s Core Values, Ground Rules, and Mission Statement

• Utilize skillset on one of our firm’s committees

• Be viewed as a team player by associates

• Treat all associates with a high level of respect

Qualifications

The Office Administrator position typically requires the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Associates Degree from an accredited college or university

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook required

• Experience with CRM software

• Problem-solving ability, thoroughness, cautiousness, attention to detail

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Team player, professional, respectful in interactions with associates and clients

• Takes initiative to research and resolve issues

• Strict confidentiality of clients’ information is a must

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and proactively address opportunities and needs

Salary and Benefits
