Picasso Restaurant Group is looking for an experienced Grill Cook to join our Troy location. We’re looking for someone who can confidently run the grill station, keep up during busy service, and consistently put out quality food.
SCHEDULE & PAY 💰 $20–$24/hour based on experience 🕖 Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PM 🌙 NO NIGHTS 🎉 NO WEEKENDS 🏖 Major Holidays Off ❤️ Benefits Eligible After 90 Days
JOB DUTIES • Independently set up, operate, and run the grill station during service • Prepare and cook menu items accurately and efficiently • Handle multiple orders at once during busy service periods • Maintain proper cooking temperatures, portioning, and food quality • Complete daily prep and keep the station stocked for service • Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area • Assist with opening, closing, and general kitchen duties • Communicate and work effectively with the rest of the kitchen team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Previous grill or line cook experience required • Must be able to independently run a grill station • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Dependable and punctual • Strong attention to quality, cleanliness, and food safety • Able to stay organized and manage multiple orders at once
