Excelsior Wellness Center is looking for a Supervisor to join our VIEW telehealth program.
The VIEW Supervisor plays a key leadership role in the VIEW program, providing support and supervision to both Care Coordinators and Peer Support Specialists. This position ensures high-quality service delivery through direct mentorship, oversight of integrated care planning, cross-agency collaboration, and the effective implementation of individualized supports for youth and families. The VIEW Supervisor also maintains a small caseload and provides operational support in alignment with Excelsior's mission and values.
How to Qualify:
• High School Diploma required, BA in counseling or related field preferred.
• Registered Agency Affiliated Counselor Credential or ability to become registered within 60 days required.
• Has completed, or has the ability to complete, specialized training provided or contracted by Washington State Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery in becoming a Certified Youth Peer Counselor, preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience in similar service delivery field.
• Comprehensive knowledge of community resources and public systems.
• Minimum three years of working with youth and families.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid state driver’s license.

• Provide day-to-day supervision and mentorship to Care Coordinators and Peer Support Specialists, including onboarding, skill development, and ongoing coaching.
• Guide the development and implementation of individualized, cross-system care plans that support youth and families in achieving wellness and stability within their community.
• Promote and advocate for VIEW services throughout the community, strengthening partnerships across public and private child- and family-serving systems. May 2026
• Assist with program operations and service delivery, including crisis response, staff coverage, and program coordination to maintain quality standards.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members, ensuring alignment with VIEW model expectations and organizational procedures.
• Facilitate coordination of care by leading interagency communication, resolving system-level barriers, and aligning supports to meet youth and family needs.
• Model and promote recovery principles, utilizing lived experience (where applicable) to engage families and demonstrate resilience, wellness, and community connection.
• Utilize data systems to monitor team performance, identify trends, and support continuous quality improvement initiatives in collaboration with leadership.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, provide feedback, and support staff in adhering to individualized service plans and best practices.
• Provide transportation for clients and families as needed to support participation in services, appointments, and community integration.
• Conduct and facilitate staff and community trainings as assigned, supporting professional development and increasing awareness of VIEW services.
• Ensure compliance with all documentation, training, and credentialing requirements for supervised staff, including clinical and administrative expectations.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with clients, families, colleagues, and community partners.
• Represent Excelsior in the community, serving as a visible and proactive leader in promoting integrated care and positive outcomes for youth and families.
• Adheres to organizational ethical standards, policy and procedures, mission, vision, and values.
