About this role

About the role

We’re looking for a Creator Partnerships Coordinator to help manage and grow Caliber’s expanding creator network across SaySo, our editorial brands and the Commercial business.

This role will sit at the intersection of creator knowledge, project management, and day-to-day operations. You’ll help keep our growing network of creators engaged, organized, and delivering great work, while also supporting the development and execution of larger creator campaigns.

We’re particularly interested in someone who is highly organized, collaborative, and comfortable supporting multiple workstreams at once, with an interest in creators, content, and media.

About Caliber

Caliber is a media company built to define a new era for journalism.

All the brands in the Caliber family are shaped to reimagine how stories are created, shared and valued. We believe that modern audiences need to be met on their terms, in their tone and on their time and we do that by supporting storytellers with the tools, training and rigor to shape the world with integrity.

With newsrooms in New York and London, we are supported by a global network of creators who are trained in the rigor and craft of journalism, vetted by senior editorial talent and supported by a leading production team - all working together to cut through with purpose, context and credibility. From breaking news to emerging trends, we deliver stories that matter, shaped by robust measurement and a deep understanding of digital platforms.

We value - candor, curiosity, courage and commitment.

Day to day you will work on:

SaySo - Creator Network

• Manage day-to-day creator communications, deliverables, and feedback.

• Keep creator activity, timelines, contracts, and content needs organized and moving forward.

• Help identify and onboard new creators based on SaySo’s evolving content and audience needs.

• Work with the US and UK creator teams on network planning and budget allocation.

• Build simple, scalable systems and processes that make the network easier to manage as it grows

Commercial + Editorial

• Support creator research, scoping, recommendations, outreach, and logistics across commercial campaigns.

• Help determine which creators are the right fit for a campaign, audience, platform, or objective based on their content, audience, expertise, and performance.

• Support the development of creator briefs, campaign concepts, content strategies, and deliverable plans.

• Provide operational support across commercial campaigns and new business opportunities.

• Work collaboratively across Commercial, Editorial, Product, and Creator Partnerships to bring creator-led ideas to life.

• Help develop repeatable processes that allow Caliber to increase campaign volume while maintaining a strong creator experience and high-quality execution.

About you

We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing structure to fast-moving work and is interested in how creators, content, and media come together.

You might have experience in creator partnerships, talent, media, marketing, production, project management, or a similar environment but we’re more interested in how you think and work than in having a specific background.

You’ll bring:

• Project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

• An understanding of what makes creators effective across different audiences and platforms.

• Clear, thoughtful communication and an ability to build positive working relationships.

• Curiosity about creators, social platforms, media, and emerging content formats.

• An adaptable and solutions-oriented approach to working in a fast-moving environment.

• An interest in building processes and systems that make teams more efficient.

Why this role matters

Caliber is building a creator network that connects trusted voices, journalism, and audiences across our editorial and commercial businesses.

As that network grows, we need someone who can help turn ideas into well-run, thoughtful creator programs - keeping the day-to-day moving while helping us build better ways of working.

This role will have the opportunity to work across our platforms and brands, SaySo, Commercial, Editorial, and the broader Caliber creator ecosystem, with visibility into a wide range of creator campaigns and partnerships.

The benefits we offer:

• Five months’ paid family leave at 90% of your salary, regardless of gender or whether you’re the primary or secondary caregiver.

• Comprehensive health insurance through UnitedHealthcare, with 90% of the cost covered for employees and their dependents.

• After one year’s service, access to up to $5,000 in fertility and family-planning support whether you’re looking to grow your family or make a different choice.

• Access to a 401(k) retirement plan.

• 24 days’ paid time off each year.

• Unlimited sick leave, so you can take the time you need when you’re unwell.

• NOMAD week: work from anywhere for one week each year.

• The option to request up to two additional weeks of unpaid leave, subject to approval.

• Access to gyms and a range of employee discounts.
