Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in a timely and professional mannerPlan and optimize delivery routes to maximize efficiency and minimize travel timeMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all shipmentsProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers courteously and addressing any questions or concernsInspect vehicles daily to ensure they are in safe, working condition and report any maintenance issues promptlyHandle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionNavigate using GPS and mapping technology to locate delivery addresses accuratelyAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policiesCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstacles encounteredMaintain a professional appearance and represent our organization positively at all times Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; minimum 1 year of driving history if 19 years or olderMust have access to an insured vehicle that meets company standards for delivery useMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check, meeting company-specific safety standardsStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetExcellent time management and organizational abilities to meet delivery schedulesProficiency with GPS and mapping technology for route navigationPhysical capability to safely lift, carry, and load packages of varying sizesKnowledge of traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practicesReliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to remain calm and professional in challenging situationsPreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experience MBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
