We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Belleville location (4000 West Main St). Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within the Belleville areaNavigate routes efficiently using GPS technology and local knowledge to optimize delivery timesProvide exceptional customer service by greeting customers professionally, answering questions, and handling transactions with accuracy and courtesyMaintain organized records of deliveries, customer interactions, and vehicle maintenanceInspect vehicle daily for mechanical issues and report any concerns to management promptlyHandle cash and digital payments securely while maintaining accurate transaction recordsCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concernsAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practicesMaintain a clean and well-organized vehicle interior and exteriorMeet delivery targets and performance goals while maintaining a positive, professional demeanorRespond professionally to customer feedback and resolve issues with empathy and transparency Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsAbility to navigate using GPS and map applicationsPhysical capability to safely load, unload, and carry delivery itemsReliable transportation and consistent punctualityProfessional communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsPositive attitude, resilience, and willingness to problem-solveFamiliarity with the Belleville area is preferred but not requiredValid proof of insurance for personal vehicleWillingness to pass a criminal background checkMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
