Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes within Fairview Heights and surrounding areasNavigate routes efficiently using GPS and mapping technology to optimize delivery times and fuel consumptionLoad, unload, and transport packages while ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, addressing customer inquiries and concernsMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmationsPerform vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns promptlyFollow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure safe driving practicesManage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and performance targetsCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer issuesMaintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesAbility to lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyStrong time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deliveriesProficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technologyExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindsetReliable, punctual, and committed to meeting delivery schedulesKnowledge of traffic safety regulations and defensive driving practicesAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededMust pass a criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record CheckA positive attitude, strong work ethic, and genuine enthusiasm for customer serviceMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
