We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Delivery Driver to join our team at our Columbia location (1125 Columbia Center Drive). As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the Columbia area. Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products to customers within assigned routesNavigate local streets and neighborhoods using GPS technology and route optimization toolsManage delivery schedules to ensure timely arrivals and maintain customer satisfactionCommunicate professionally with customers, addressing inquiries and concerns with a friendly demeanorMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation for each routeInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyHandle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent conditionFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to maintain a clean driving recordOrganize deliveries efficiently to maximize route productivity and minimize fuel consumptionProvide exceptional customer service, representing our brand positively in every interaction Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history with a clean Motor Vehicle Record meeting company standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery purposesAbility to pass a comprehensive background check and Motor Vehicle Record verificationStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesPhysical capability to load, unload, and carry delivery itemsProficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile technologyReliable and punctual with a commitment to meeting delivery schedulesPositive attitude, professional demeanor, and genuine customer-focused mindsetResilience and ability to work independently while maintaining quality standardsPreferred: Familiarity with the Columbia area and local geographyPreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experiencePreferred: Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshootingMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and inclusive team.
