We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Delivery Driver to join our team at our Godfrey, United States location. In this role, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the Godfrey area. As a Delivery Driver, you'll play a crucial part in our mission to provide exceptional delivery experiences while maintaining efficiency and professionalism on every route.
Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned delivery areas within Godfrey and surrounding regionsPlan and execute efficient delivery routes using GPS navigation and route optimization toolsProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, ensuring customer satisfactionMaintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, timestamps, and delivery confirmationsInspect vehicle condition daily and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptlyHandle packages with care, ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concernsAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while operating company vehiclesOrganize and manage multiple deliveries efficiently to meet daily performance goalsBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery operationsExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong customer service and interpersonal skillsProficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technologyAbility to lift, carry, and safely handle packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for deliveriesReliable transportation and consistent punctualityProfessional attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to customer satisfactionAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededClear communication skills and ability to follow directionsPhysical capability to perform delivery duties, including walking and climbing stairsMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
