As a Delivery Driver, you'll be the face of our organization, delivering quality service and smiles to our customers throughout the neighborhood. Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout the St. Louis areaPlan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient serviceMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation for all transactionsProvide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesyInspect vehicle condition before and after each shift, reporting any maintenance issues promptlyHandle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent conditionFollow all traffic laws and company safety protocols to maintain a clean driving recordCommunicate effectively with dispatch and management regarding delivery status and any obstaclesCollect payments when applicable and process transactions accuratelyBuild positive relationships with customers and represent the organization professionally at all times **Required Qualifications:**
Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of driving history if 18 years old; 1 year of driving history if 19 years or olderAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle approved for commercial delivery useMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check meeting company standardsMust pass a criminal background checkExcellent driving record with no major violationsStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to lift and carry items up to 50 pounds regularlyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and genuine customer service orientation**Preferred Qualifications:**
Familiarity with the St. Louis area and local neighborhoodsExperience in delivery, logistics, or customer-facing rolesKnowledge of GPS and navigation systemsExperience using mobile delivery applicationsBilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred) BENEFITS
