Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers throughout the Louisville area, following all traffic laws and company safety protocolsPlan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery timesProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery stop, addressing customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and enthusiasmMaintain accurate delivery records, including customer signatures, delivery confirmations, and any special instructions or issuesPerform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe, roadworthy conditionHandle products with care, ensuring items arrive in excellent condition and are delivered to the correct locationsCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding route changes, delays, or customer concernsMaintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and exterior at all timesMeet delivery targets and performance goals while upholding company standards and valuesRepresent the organization positively through professional appearance, courteous behavior, and reliable attendance Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle approved for commercial delivery useExcellent time management and organizational skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilitiesDemonstrated reliability, punctuality, and professional work ethicAbility to lift and carry packages weighing up to 50 pounds regularlyProficiency with GPS navigation systems and route planning toolsBasic vehicle maintenance knowledge and ability to perform minor troubleshootingCustomer-focused mindset with a positive, friendly attitudeAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededValid proof of insurance for personal vehicle used for delivery purposesWillingness to pass a criminal background checkMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer committed to building an inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued and supported.
