Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers in assigned routes throughout Louisville and surrounding areasNavigate efficiently using GPS and route optimization techniques to maximize delivery productivityProvide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point, ensuring a positive brand experienceCarefully handle and transport packages, ensuring products arrive in excellent conditionMaintain accurate delivery records and documentation, including signatures and delivery confirmationsPerform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptlyAdhere to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving standardsCommunicate proactively with dispatch regarding delivery status, delays, or customer concernsResolve delivery challenges with a problem-solving mindset and transparent communicationManage time effectively to meet delivery schedules and customer expectationsMaintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and exterior Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's licenseMinimum 2 years of verifiable driving historyMust pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check meeting company-specific standardsAccess to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for commercial delivery useAbility to lift, carry, and safely handle packages up to 50 pounds regularlyStrong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitudeExcellent time management and organizational abilitiesProficiency with GPS navigation systems and basic technologyValid knowledge of traffic laws and commitment to safe driving practicesReliable, punctual, and professional demeanorAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as neededProblem-solving skills and adaptability in dynamic delivery environmentsPreferred: Previous delivery or customer service experiencePreferred: Familiarity with vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshootingMBR Management Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
