The Crouch Oak Family Practice is seeking an enthusiastic, compassionate and motivated GP to join our friendly and forward-thinking team in a salaried role, working 4 to 6 clinical sessions per week.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to become part of a well-established Training Practice that values teamwork, innovation and professional development. The successful applicant will contribute to our core general practice services, with flexibility to participate in some Enhanced Access evening and Saturday sessions.

Main duties of the job
Provide high-quality, patient-centred care within a modern General Practice setting. Undertake routine and urgent clinical consultations using our established patient triage model. Maintain accurate and contemporaneous clinical records using EMIS Web. Participate in clinical meetings, educational events and Practice Learning Time (PLT) sessions. Work collaboratively within our multidisciplinary team to support excellent outcomes for patients. Contribute to Enhanced Access provision through a small number of evening and/or Saturday sessions (to be agreed). Engage with quality improvement activities, teaching opportunities and Practice developments where appropriate.

Job description Job responsibilities
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Salaried GP, either newly qualified or experienced, to join our busy Practice. You will deliver a full range of general medical services, including both in-person and remote consultations, the management of acute and long-term conditions, and the provision of preventative care. You will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary clinical team to ensure patients receive coordinated and effective care.
