Job summary This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic Rehabilitation Medicine service delivering specialist care across inpatient, outpatient, and community settings. Based primarily within the Rehabilitation Unit at Lincoln County Hospital, the post holder will play a key role in providing high-quality, patient-centred care for individuals with complex rehabilitation needs. The successful candidate will manage patients within the specialist rehabilitation unit and deliver outpatient clinics in areas such as Spasticity Management, Acquired Brain Injury, and Neurological Rehabilitation. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams, they will assess referrals from across the Trust and contribute to the development of seamless rehabilitation pathways.
