Salary is £44,375 - £50,329 per annum dependant on experience
Main duties of the job
As a Ward Manager, you will provide clinical leadership and oversee the day-to-day running of our Acute Ward. You will lead and support the nursing team, ensure high standards of patient care, manage staffing and compliance, and promote a positive, safe, and compassionate environment for patients and colleagues alike.

Person Specification
Requirements Essential
An experienced Mental Health Nurse with at least two years leadership experience. Experience supervising nursing or care staff. Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD). Trained Assessor/Supervisor (or willingness to achieve). Computer literate. Willingness to undertake further clinical, leadership and management training. Experience managing multiple priorities in a clinical environment.
Desirable
Experience within an Acute Ward setting.
