Job summary <p>Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference to the lives of children, young people, and their families?<br>Were looking for a caring and proactive <strong>Care Navigator</strong> to join our Neurodevelopmental Pathway team, providing needs-led support and tailored interventions for families navigating autism and ADHD with a particular focus on those with an ADHD diagnosis.</p><p>Based at one of our hub locations across <strong>B&NES or Wiltshire</strong> (depending on your preferred base), this role offers a mix of hub-based work, visits across the region, and the flexibility for some remote working.
