Main duties of the job We now seek an Administrator who is enthusiastic about making a positive difference in the lives of older people. Working with the Home Manager and multi-disciplined teams, you will be accountable for the efficient running of the home in all administrative aspects. The role spans various disciplines and entails managing daily operations. Your contributions will support the Home Manager in achieving the Company's objectives and ensuring smooth home operations. You will also participate in initiatives that foster communication and market the home's value-based, people-centric approach. Continuous professional and personal development is encouraged, and you will maintain accurate HR responsibilities and adhere to Health and Safety policies.

Qualifications Essential
The ideal candidate will communicate well at all levels, be committed, patient, and caring with positive outlook and humor. They need initiative, respect for residents' choices, numeracy skills, MS Suite experience, confidentiality, and collaborative skills. A genuine interest in care, particularly with vulnerable adults, is essential, as well as striving for personal development, participating in training, and complying with health and safety policies.
