As part of our small, dedicated People Services team, you'll play an important role in supporting colleagues across ADS and helping us deliver an effective, responsive HR service.
Main duties of the job
No two days will be the same. You'll have the opportunity to get involved in areas including:
HR administration
Recruitment and onboarding
Supporting HR processes and procedures
Data reporting and maintaining accurate records
Providing support and guidance to colleagues
Helping ensure our policies and procedures reflect current employment legislation
Contributing to the ongoing development of our People Services function
You'll work closely with the People Services Team Leader, gaining valuable practical experience while developing the knowledge, skills and confidence you need to progress your HR career.

Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
Youll need: GCSEs in English and Maths, or equivalent A genuine interest in starting a career in HR To be aged 18 or over The ability to work independently and use your own initiative A collaborative approach and willingness to work as part of a team Adaptability, resilience and a positive attitude The ability to manage changing priorities in a busy and evolving environment Most importantly, were looking for someone who is curious, organised, approachable and keen to make a difference. Learn while you earn As part of the apprenticeship, youll undertake a CIPD Level 3 qualification, giving you a recognised professional qualification alongside valuable, real-world HR experience. Once you have successfully completed your induction period, there is also the opportunity for hybrid working.
