Job summary We are looking for a compassionate and motivated Nurse Associate to join our Primary Care team within a GP practice environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, supporting the management of long-term conditions, delivering preventative healthcare and carrying out a range of clinical interventions. You will work closely with GPs, Practice Nurses, Healthcare Assistants and other health and social care professionals, helping to provide high-quality, patient-centred care. The role offers excellent support and supervision, with a strong commitment to ongoing professional development and progression, including support for Nursing Associates who aspire to become Registered General Nurses (RGNs).
