Job summary
We are expanding our current nursing team who have been with us for a number of years and we are offering the opportunity to work across two sites in Lymm and Grappenhall as a traditional practice nurse. We are looking for 20 - 30 hours with flexibility for the right candidate.
Main duties of the job
Long term health conditions management, vaccinations, womens health - cervical screening, infection prevention and control.

We are an 11,000 patient population surgery mainly based in the beautiful village of Lymm Cheshire. We are a very friendly and supportive practice with three GP partners and a well established management team and two experienced practice nurses.

To provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care for patients as well as providing nursing assistance to the doctors and other members of the primary healthcare team. The duties will include all tasks normally undertaken by an experienced RGN and in addition any roles agreed between the nurse and the doctors as appropriate, having regard to current training.
