Job summary <p>Are you an experienced Healthcare Assistant looking for an opportunity to develop your clinical skills while making a real difference to patients within the community?</p><p>Were looking for a compassionate and motivated Band 3 Community Healthcare Assistant to join our Community Nursing service.</p><p>Youll work directly with patients in their own homes and residential care settings, delivering nursing care delegated by our registered nursing team. Its a varied and rewarding role where youll have the opportunity to build relationships with patients and carers while developing a broad range of community healthcare skills.</p><p>Depending on your training and competencies, your work may include phlebotomy, wound care and dressings, blood glucose monitoring, continence support and other delegated clinical interventions.</p><p>Youll be trusted to organise and manage your delegated visits, working independently in the community while remaining supported by experienced District Nurses and Senior Nurses.
