Job summary The role provides comprehensive coordination, administration, data analysis and reporting support for the Trust'sTrauma Risk Management (TRiM) service and Neurodiversity Wellbeing Programme. The post holder manages referrals, onboarding, coaching allocations, programme tracking, governance reporting and stakeholder communications, while maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive staff information confidentially. They work closely with internal teams, external coaching providers, TRiM practitioners and programme leads to monitor progress, analyse outcomes, coordinate training and supervision activities, support continuous service improvement, and ensure effective delivery of wellbeing support for staff. The role requires strong organisational, analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage competing priorities independently, and a commitment to creating a supportive, inclusive and neurodiversity-friendly workplace.
Main duties of the job
Job Purpose
The post holder will provide comprehensive coordination, administrative and analytical support to key Staff Experience wellbeing programmes, including the Trust's Neurodiversity Wellbeing Programme and Trauma Risk Management (TRiM) service.
The role will support the effective delivery of neurodiversity coaching, assessment and profiling tools, internal coach development and associated workstreams, whilst also providing administrative support for the Trust's TRiM programme, ensuring the effective coordination, monitoring and reporting of referrals, practitioner activity and programme outcomes.
Working with a range of internal and external stakeholders, the post holder will coordinate referrals and onboarding processes, maintain programme information and tracking systems, monitor progress against agreed actions and timescales, produce reports and performance information, and support programme governance, evaluation and continuous improvement activities.
The post holder will be expected to work with a degree of autonomy within agreed programme processes, proactively identifying outstanding actions, resolving routineissuesand escalating risks, delays, data qualityconcernsor more complex matters to the appropriate programme lead.
The role involves handling confidential and sensitive staff information and requiresa high levelof organisation, accuracy, communication,discretionand professional judgement.

Person Specification
Education Essential
Relevant level 4 qualification in business administration or project management. (E.g. NVQ level 4, diploma, HNC etc)
Skills and Knowledge Essential
Advanced computer literacy/skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint etc)
Experience Essential
Previous administrative experience is required, in particular working in a fast paced environment, with competing demands for attention.
Desirable
Knowledge and/or experience of Trauma Risk Management
Disposition Essential
Ability to work autonomously, prioritise own workload and act on own initiative to agreed deadlines but is equally a strong team player.
