Job summary We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to join our friendly and supportive team on C1 Respiratory Ward, on a full-time permanent basis. C1 Respiratory Ward is a busy and dynamic acute respiratory ward caring for patients with a wide range of respiratory conditions, including those requiring high-dependency respiratory support such as non-invasive ventilation (NIV), alongside patients with a variety of complex medical needs. This provides an excellent opportunity to develop advanced clinical skills while delivering high-quality, person-centred care. As a member of our team, you will work collaboratively with our experienced multidisciplinary team to support patients throughout their journey from admission to discharge. You will play a key role in assessment, care planning, discharge coordination and health promotion, ensuring every patient receives safe, compassionate and evidence-based care. Main duties of the job
Provide safe, compassionate, evidenced-based nursing care, assess and monitor patients, administer medications and treatments, recognise and escalate deterioration maintain accurate documentation, support discharge planning, and work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team while promoting patient safety and dignity.

Providing high-quality, patient-centred nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. Safely administer medications and treatments, monitor and escalate deterioration, maintain accurate documentation, support discharge planning, promote infection prevention and patient safety, and work effectively with patients, relatives and the multidisciplinary team.
