As a TOC UI Platform Support you will support cloud operations within our Infrastructure practice, monitoring and troubleshooting UiPath Orchestrator, unattended robots, queues, alerts, and scheduled jobs to help keep automation services running smoothly. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex issues, manage assigned workstreams, build meaningful client connections, and guide junior team members while growing your technical skills and professional brand. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will handle incident triage, service requests, health checks, deployments, rollback activities, and documentation updates across a technical operations environment, bringing structure to shifting priorities and supporting reliable service delivery.

Responsibilities

- Monitoring UiPath Orchestrator, unattended robots, queues, and scheduled jobs for availability and execution during coverage hours - Triageing alerts for failed jobs, faulted transactions, queue backlogs, robot disconnections, and capacity thresholds - Routing RPA incidents into the ITSM platform for creation, assignment, and tracking - Performing scheduled health checks of the RPA environment and documenting exceptions - Receiving, prioritizing, and resolving incidents affecting the RPA environment using the defined priority matrix - Restarting failed jobs, reprocessing faulted queue items, and clearing blocking conditions using documented runbooks - Escalating product defects to the UiPath vendor and tracking vendor cases through closure - Escalating business logic, source data, or upstream application issues to the process owner or service tower - Fulfilling service requests for scheduling changes, queue management, and robot or asset configuration - Administering UiPath Orchestrator components, including folders, robots, assets, credentials, queues, triggers, and schedules - Deploying and rolling back automation packages following the change control process - Updating runbooks, monitoring configuration, and support documentation for the RPA environment - Reporting incident volumes, service level performance, execution success rates, and recurring failure themes - Performing root cause analysis on repeat failures and recommending remediation actions - Identifying opportunities to reduce failure volume and manual intervention within cloud operations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 5+ years of experience in TOC UI Path Supporting UiPath Orchestrator, robots, queues, and schedules - Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart - UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer Associate or Professional - ITIL Ver. 5 Foundations certification - Supporting UiPath Orchestrator, robots, queues, and schedules - Administering incident triage, escalation, and vendor case tracking - Troubleshooting automation failures, backlog issues, and capacity thresholds - Maintaining runbooks, monitoring tools, and support documentation - Collaborating across technical operations, change control, and service requests
