As a Senior Associate - Enterprise & Functional Strategy – Front Office Strategy – Service Strategy you will help shape service strategy, service process design, platform evaluation, change enablement, and market analysis for enterprise clients within our Strategy Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex challenges, manage assigned workstreams, build client relationships, guide junior team members, and use critical thinking to develop clear recommendations as you navigate ambiguity and strengthen your personal brand. In this role at PwC, you will contribute to strategic transformation efforts, interpret business and competitive trends, and turn findings into client-ready deliverables that support decisions across operations and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client service strategy challenges and translating findings into actionable workstream plans - Mapping current and future service processes to identify opportunities for AI, automation, and operating model improvement - Supporting due diligence, market assessment, and competitive benchmarking efforts to inform strategic recommendations - Developing functional requirements and platform evaluation materials for customer experience and service technology decisions - Creating training plans, learning materials, and leadership communications that support adoption of new ways of working - Conducting market sizing, trend analysis, and customer insight research to support evidence-based decision making - Managing assigned deliverables across multiple workstreams while maintaining clear documentation and timely progress updates - Building client relationships and responding to feedback by adapting analysis, materials, and recommendations to evolving needs
What You Must Have
- At least a Master in Business Administration's degree - At least 4 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required
