As an HR Admin – Associate, you will be at the forefront of managing the people lifecycle and handling day-to-day operational tasks related to employee management. This includes activities such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll and benefits administration, absence management, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. You will be a primary HR point of contact, resolving inquiries and issues, and contributing to the smooth operation of HR processes and systems within our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities
- Managing employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and payroll administration - Handling employee inquiries and issues, providing resolutions or escalating as needed - Coordinating staff activities to support HR operations and service delivery - Utilizing HR software and digital tools to maintain accurate employee records and data quality - Applying knowledge of labor laws and HR policies to validate compliance in all HR transactions - Collaborating with team members to improve HR processes and documentation - Supporting employee engagement strategies and initiatives to enhance workforce satisfaction - Assisting in the administration of benefits and absence management programs - Gathering and analyzing information to discern patterns and inform HR decisions - Developing commercial awareness and understanding of business operations to drive HR effectiveness
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 1 years of experience - Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Measurement, Data Science, Industrial-Organizational (I/O) Psychology, or a related field - Demonstrating AI fluency and AI-human collaboration - Utilizing HR software and digital tooling effectively - Managing employee data with confidentiality and precision - Coordinating staff and enhancing employee engagement strategies - Applying process improvement techniques in HR operations - Excelling in stakeholder communications and conflict resolution
