Position Overview: The Dealer Inventory Retail Analyst provides oversight and analysis of data integrity as Polaris launches a new ordering system. Supporting the North American dealer network, Sales Team, Wholegood Product teams, and PG&A (Parts, Garments & Accessories) teams, you will help optimize processes, strengthen business performance, and support growth. You prioritize and escalate order-related issues, improve key performance indicators, track system adoption, and support parameter reviews and feature enablement. The role offers broad business exposure through ownership of day-to-day RFM operations and participation in a significant system launch.
Key Responsibilities: • Own execution of Dealer Inventory Retail processes and continuously improve forecasting, lead times, service-level alignment, and dealer inventory performance. • Serve as the primary point of contact for dealer support inquiries related to Retail Flow Management • Coach and train dealers and Sales Team members to increase adoption of best practices and system features. • Update field training materials based on common support requests, effective techniques, and best-practice adoption examples. • Conduct periodic business reviews to evaluate dealer performance and alignment with objectives, including retail velocity, dollars per unit, average line items per repair order, and PG&A order mix. • Monitor standard dealer performance key performance indicators and identify trends or deviations from established targets. • Analyze performance deviations to determine root causes and develop common tools or resources that communicate recommended actions to Dealer Relationship Managers and dealers. • Serve as a subject matter expert for Dealer Inventory Retail key performance indicators by measuring improvement progress, analyzing dealer adoption, supporting standard reporting, and evaluating customer buying behavior. • Participate in system feature enablement, parameter reviews, business optimization efforts, and continuous improvement projects. • Partner with cross-functional and divisional teams to resolve issues and support Dealer Inventory Retail business objectives.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or Accounting, or equivalent experience. • At least 3 years of experience in a financial or analytical role. • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills. • Ability to manage competing priorities and multiple tasks in a dynamic, changing business environment. • Strong PC software knowledge, including advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Strong relational database skills and experience working with large data warehouses. • Knowledge of Power BI, Alteryx, and Syncron is preferred. • Curiosity, initiative, and a results-oriented approach to addressing new challenges and achieving defined goals. • Minimal travel is required. • This position is not eligible for sponsorship. #LI-BM1
The starting pay range for Minnesota is $58,000 to $77,000 per year, with individual pay determined by factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography; starting pay is not commonly positioned at the high end or top of the range.
