As a Cluster Sales Manager, you’re not just generating and managing group sales – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the cluster’s revenue and business objectives. • Identify and develop new business opportunities within corporate, leisure, MICE, government, and other relevant market segments. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, clients, travel agencies, and business partners. • Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, presentations, and business development activities. • Manage and grow existing accounts while actively acquiring new accounts. • Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, rates, and commercial agreements within approved guidelines. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to support the commercial strategy. • Work closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Front Office, and other departments to maximize revenue opportunities. • Coordinate sales activities across the assigned Hilton properties and ensure consistent commercial efforts. • Maintain accurate account information, sales activities, forecasts, and reports in the relevant systems. • Participate in sales trips, trade shows, networking events, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required. • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports and updates to management. • Ensure all sales activities comply with Hilton standards, policies, and brand requirements. • Support the Cluster Commercial team in achieving overall business and revenue goals.

• Saudi National – mandatory. • Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant sales experience within the hotel/hospitality industry is required. • Previous experience in hotel sales, preferably in a branded or international hotel environment. • Experience in managing corporate accounts, key accounts, MICE, travel trade, or other hotel-related market segments. • Strong understanding of the hospitality market and hotel sales practices. • Proven ability to develop business relationships and generate new revenue opportunities. • Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Good knowledge of the local market and business environment. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel/commercial systems. • Excellent command of English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
