The Executive will play a vital role in our SGU_Domain Ops_Domain Ops>IMU_Diversified Industries Group_Business & Tech Services department. They will be responsible for coordinating and managing carrier set-ups, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records, and providing support to our financial operations. • Manage and coordinate carrier set-ups, ensuring efficient and timely processes. • Maintain accurate records of carrier information, contracts, and related documentation. • Support the financial operations team by providing data and insights for analysis. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth carrier integration. • Monitor and report on carrier performance, identifying areas for improvement. • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. • Assist in developing and implementing carrier management strategies. • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in carrier management. • Proactively identify and address any issues or bottlenecks in carrier operations.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 0-1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the service industry. • Strong knowledge of carrier management processes and best practices. • Excellent organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in using MS Office suite, especially Excel. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration. • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities. • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
