We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development trainee who can build relationships with prospective customers, support sales initiatives, analyze market trends, maintain sales records, and contribute to revenue growth while developing the skills required for future leadership roles within the organization. This position serves as an excellent foundation for career progression into Sales, Business Development, Account Management, or Business Leadership roles.

Identify and reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, social media, and networking. Generate and qualify sales leads for the business development team. Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and quotations. Support the sales team in achieving revenue and customer acquisition targets. Participate in client meetings, product demonstrations, and sales discussions. Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers. Address customer inquiries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution. Follow up on leads and customer feedback to enhance customer satisfaction. Maintain customer records and interactions in CRM systems. Conduct market and competitor research to identify business opportunities. Gather information on industry trends, customer needs, and emerging markets. Analyze sales data and prepare reports for management review. Provide insights and recommendations to improve sales effectiveness. Assist in preparing sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards. Coordinate with marketing, delivery, and finance teams to support sales activities. Ensure timely submission of proposals, contracts, and agreements. Track opportunities and support deal progression through the sales cycle.
