Job summary As a Funding Operations Site Manager in Auto financing operations, you will lead multiple managers and their teams to deliver timely, accurate, well-controlled funding outcomes. You are accountable for site performance, people leadership, risk and control discipline, and the overall customer and dealer experience. You use data, quality results, and employee feedback to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvements. You partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to execute changes in strategy, workflow, policy, and technology.

Job responsibilities:

• Lead and coach people managers responsible for day-to-day team performance and employee development. • Establish and maintain a site operating rhythm, including performance reviews, leader forums, employee communications, and escalation pathways. • Translate business priorities into clear site objectives, execution plans, and measurable expectations. • Balance staffing, capacity, service-level commitments, training needs, and control activities across teams. • Drive consistent application of operating procedures, performance standards, and escalation protocols across the site. • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly results to identify trends, emerging risks, and capacity constraints. • Diagnose root causes of performance gaps and implement action plans with clear ownership, tracking, and sustainment. • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex operational, customer, dealer, employee, or stakeholder issues beyond manager resolution. • Partner with stakeholders across functions (e.g., quality, controls, risk, compliance, fraud, verification, training, technology, product, finance, and human resources) to deliver shared outcomes. • Lead the site through volume spikes, operational disruptions, system limitations, and business change while maintaining control discipline. • Build an inclusive, accountable, customer-focused culture where employees understand how their work supports broader outcomes.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Minimum 5 years of people-management experience leading people managers in an operations environment • Demonstrated knowledge of auto financing operations, including booking and/or funding processes. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver clear updates to senior leaders. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and business communications. • Demonstrated ability to use performance data and quality results to identify trends, risks, and root causes. • Proven ability to execute in a controlled operating environment with strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures. • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, including the ability to manage competing deadlines. • Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and drive outcomes.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Experience leading a multi-team operations site with shared performance and control accountability. • Experience supporting process improvement and change management initiatives across multiple teams. • Experience with auto finance booking and funding platforms/tools
