About this role
This position is a 1.0 FTE, working 187 days, located at Barcroft Elementary School. Responsibilities:
• Provide support to teachers and to students in classrooms.
• Ability to communicate with parents.
• Collaborative team player.
• Willingness to work under teacher direction and supervision.
• Ability to work effectively with staff, parents, and children.
Experience:
• Experience working in an elementary setting.
Qualifications:
• Must be reliable, dependable, and flexible.
• A high school diploma, and an Associate Degree or two years of college study.
• At least 60 semester hours OR
• A score of at least 455 on the Parapro Test.
Salary: Salary range based upon 26/27 pay plan. A-Scale (Benefit Eligible): $24.60–$46.79 per hour Please Note: Arlington Public Schools receives a high volume of applications for many positions.
