• coordinate SEND boards and committees, ensuring accurate, high-quality papers are prepared and circulated on time • organise meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and maintain clear records of decisions and actions • support SEND projects, inspections and monitoring visits by coordinating activity, maintaining project documentation and flagging emerging issues • produce, format and quality-assure governance reports, presentations and other key documents • coordinate partnership communications and help support keeping Suffolk Local Offer information accurate and up to date. What you will need
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing workloads, manage diaries and meet deadlines. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience of preparing professional documents, reports, presentations and correspondence. • Accurate minute-taking, record-keeping and administrative skills, with strong attention to detail. • Confident use of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and the ability to learn new systems quickly. • Ability to work independently, use initiative, solve problems and remain calm and resilient when priorities change. • Experience of building effective relationships and working collaboratively with colleagues, senior leaders and external partner organisations.
