Your Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management, en-suring operational excellence, compliance, and employee-centric service delivery. • Lead Training Needs Analysis (TNA), learning and development, leadership development, succession planning, workforce capability initiatives, and HRDC compliance. • Coach and develop HR team capabilities through knowledge sharing, cross-training, and continuous improvement. • Lead HR compliance, governance, ISO/RBA audits, CAPA management, and data privacy initiatives to ensure regulatory and organizational com-pliance. • Drive HR transformation, digitalization, process improvement, and organi-zational development initiatives. • Deliver HR analytics, reporting, workforce planning insights, and recom-mendations to support business growth. • Partner with internal and external stakeholders and lead strategic HR pro-jects and initiatives. What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administra-tion, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline. • Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity. • Good knowledge of HR operations, learning and development, compliance, audits, and HR project management. • Experience in a manufacturing, semiconductor, electronics, or multination-al environment is preferred. • Experience supporting or coordinating ISO, RBA, customer, or regulatory audits is highly preferred. • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. • Proficient in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
