Production Operative
Location: Letchworth Pay: £14.00 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm Job Type: Full-time
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and friendly team in Letchworth.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys practical, hands-on work. Full training will be provided, so previous production experience is beneficial but not essential.
The Role As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Working as part of a production team to meet daily targetsOperating basic production equipment and machineryAssembling, preparing and checking productsCarrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standardsFollowing health and safety procedures at all timesKeeping your work area clean and organisedSupporting other members of the production team when required

About You We are looking for someone who:
Is reliable and punctualHas a good work ethic and a positive attitudeIs comfortable working in a fast-paced environmentHas good attention to detailCan work well independently and as part of a teamIs willing to learn new skills and follow instructions Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience would be an advantage, but full training is available.
