Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off Days & Nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)

Starting salary: £32,951.76 rising to £38,594.96 when fully trained through a structured training plan.
What You'll Do
Operate and monitor production machineryCarry out basic maintenance and fault findingMeet production, quality and waste targetsPerform product testing and compliance checksMaintain high hygiene, housekeeping and safety standardsEscalate issues promptly and support continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For
Experience in a food manufacturing environment (desirable but not essential)Good mechanical aptitude (essential)Knowledge of processing machinery and production operationsStrong communication and teamworking skillsUnderstanding of food hygiene and health & safety practices What You'll Get
