• £350 per day (Outside IR35 Contract) – 12 months initially

• Multi-million pound Civils & M&E infrastructure projects
Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years’ commercial QS experience? This is your opportunity to play a key role in delivering major infrastructure projects, managing ~£1m/month in contract value, and ensuring commercial risk is tightly controlled from start to finish.
Your job will be to:
• Assist with cost planning, forecasting, and commercial reporting across Civils & M&E packages
• Manage subcontractor contracts, variations, and monthly valuations
• Liaise with delivery teams to ensure procurement, budgets, and risks are effectively controlled
