JUNIOR PROPERTY MANAGER

ROLE OVERVIEW
We're looking for a Junior Property Manager to join our team in Reading, supporting the day to day management of a residential developments.
You'll work closely with the experienced Property Managers, building your skills and confidence across compliance, contractor management, budgeting and client relationships, with a clear path to taking on more responsibility as you develop.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their property management career who wants structured support, hands on experience and genuine progression within an established business.

You'll need to be organised, personable and keen to learn, with the confidence to start building relationships with clients, residents and contractors while developing your technical knowledge.

Your developments are well organised, with inspections and actions completed on timeClients and residents find you responsive, professional and easy to deal withYou're building good working knowledge of budgets, contracts and complianceYou're growing in confidence and taking on more ownership over time HOW YOU'LL SPEND MOST OF YOUR TIME
Most weeks, you'll be:
Supporting the day to day management of a portfolio of developmentsCarrying out development inspections and following up on actionsResponding to customer queries and helping resolve issues promptlyLiaising with the Accounts team on service charge and financial administrationHelping to source, appoint and monitor contractors across the portfolioLearning how Health & Safety and industry legislation apply in practice You'll work on a hybrid basis between home and our Reading office, with site visits as required.
