Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 40 Hours per week

We're looking for a Technical Coordinator to join our Bridgwater Dairy and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our Quality Management Systems, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement and operational excellence.
About the Role
As Technical Coordinator, you'll provide governance and ownership of site food safety and quality systems, helping to ensure the delivery of best-in-class products while driving continuous improvement across the dairy. Working closely with operational teams, you'll support compliance, audits and quality performance reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expertise and support in Quality Management Systems (QMS)Drive continuous improvement in quality performance across siteSupport problem-solving activities and quality investigationsBuild quality capability and understanding across operational teamsSupport quality control responsibilities within operationsProduce and maintain Quality Index reportsLead and coordinate internal and external audit activitiesBuild positive relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiencyDeliver continuous improvement projects and initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve business performanceSupport colleagues in demonstrating continuous improvement through PDP objectives What You'll Bring
Previous experience in a Technical roleStrong communication and influencing skillsExperience in using A3 problem-solving methodologiesKnowledge of retailer codes of practiceExperience supporting or leading BRC auditsStrong Microsoft Word and Excel skillsHACCP Level 3 qualificationFood Safety Level 3 qualificationAdvanced Food Hygiene knowledgeUnderstanding of microbiology principleDairy industry experience is highly desirable What We Offer
