As a graduate, you’ll be at the heart of the project, gaining invaluable hands-on experience for you to thrive in an evolving industry. During the programme you will have the opportunity to:
Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders and contractsEnsure sub-contractors are pre-qualified in accordance with management systemsProcuring of Sub-Contractors and prepare Sub-Contractor order documentationAssess and certify Sub-Contractor interim payments and issue appropriate Payment / Pay-less noticesAssist on a range of legal and contractual issuesPrepare Interim Valuations and Final AccountsManage and value VariationsProduce monthly Cost Value Reconciliation on contracts Who we’re looking for:
Final year bachelor’s or HNC/HND students in Quantity Surveying or related disciplinesForward thinkers with strong numeracy and analytical skillsTeam players with drive, curiosity, and a passion for the built environmentEligibility to work in the UK or IrelandHold a full UK driving licence Don’t just start a job - start a career with McLaughlin & Harvey.
