Retail Supervisor

You will keep our team running like clockwork and will be at the forefront of bringing better eye care to your community, while progressing your career and supporting others to do the same. In short, this is an opportunity you don't want to miss.
You will assist the store Directors/Managers with day-to-day retail operations and have responsibility for supervising, coaching and motivating staff to achieve excellent standards and customer service with a focus on exceeding performance targets.
Each day you will support the team by using key performance indicators to increase sales and maximise profits. You will support the management team in the effective running of the store.
At Specsavers we are passionate about our people and their development. You will receive thorough and continued training and development to enhance your understanding of our products and how to put into practice effective people management.
You will play a key part in creating a warm and friendly atmosphere and an outstanding store environment both for our customers and our team. You do not need experience within optics, if you have strong retail supervisor/managerial skills then don't hesitate to apply.

Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment Experience in optics or Audiology business Strong supervisor/retail management experience Basic knowledge/experience of optical and/or Audiology terminology
