Position 12 Months Monday through Friday 7.5 Hours a day. 6:00 AM- 2:30 PM. 1 Hour For Lunch Job Goal: To assume responsibilities of the respective zone foreman in his absence and to assure continuity for productivity in all trades as well as his own. Qualification\Certifications Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Assigns workloads to other employees using fair and impartial judgment. 2. Follows instructions left by the zone foreman and makes decisions for the resolution of unanticipated problems. 3. Continues to work with his tools during zone foreman's absence as a secondary function to the role of foreman. 4. Assures a safe working environment for all assigned employees. 5. Abides by and facilitates adherence to all applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, procedures; maintains professional ethical standards; maintains high level of professional development/knowledge. 6. Other duties as may be (1) temporarily and/or sporadically assigned by the supervisor and/or the Board, (2) permanently reassigned and specific changes noted and signed by the supervisor.
