Coventry Public Schools is seeking to hire a 7 hr/day Tech Paraprofessional - Culinary Must hold a Teacher Assistant Certification AND have passed the praxis or a hold a minimum of an Associates Degree. This is a union contracted 180 day position with compensation according to contract. Qualifications 1.Prior experience working in a comparable position preferred. 2.ServSafe Certification & State of RI Managers License (Required) district will compensate. For this license candidate must take the ServSafe Food Safety Manager Training and Exam and then apply for the State of RI Managers License. Assist Technical Education Teacher to ensure the smooth operation of the shop, classroom, job site or individualized setting; prepare instructional material, working with students during class and record keeping.
