About this role
We are seeking a person who will help with basic food and beverage preparation and cooking in the kitchen Duties – assist in the preparation of beverages, both hot and cold – assist in the preparation and cooking of food – assist generally in the kitchen as directed Your main duties will include, but will not be limited to: • The cleaning of crockery and kitchenware • The daily upkeep in accordance with HACCP standards of the kitchen • Ensuring the kitchen is kept clean at all times • Food and beverage preparation and cooking The ideal candidate will have: • Excellent attention to detail with regard to cleaning • The ability to work on own initiative The aim of this programme is to provide you with the skills and competencies required to work in a kitchen environment As this is a developmental role, the candidate will be provided with both in-house and external training opportunities to develop their skills and acquire qualifications to assist them in attaining a full-time related position upon their completing the scheme.
