General maintenance to include painting and decoration, repairs to interior and exterior of building etc General cleaning duties To ensure that tools, equipment and machinery are in good working order prior to use and make arrangements with your line Manager should they need repairing/servicing To assist with routine testing of fire alarm systems Source maintenance supplies at competitive prices To prepare rooms for meeting, interviews etc. Ensure that corridors and all access/egress routes are kept free from obstructions at all times Provide gardening duties when gardener is unavailable Provide Yard and store duties when yard person is unavailable.
